Please help, unexpected pregnancy

About a month ago we got an alpaca from an auction. We had been talking about getting one for a while, but were not expecting one so soon. She was not in good condition at all, so we felt like we had to do something. Throughout the enitire process of getting her, we never met the actual owners, just the people in charge of the auction, so all we knew was that she was a female. Today, she gave birth to a baby boy. We have no idea what to do. Please help.
